Our 2 floors Luxury villa is situated by the sea in a quiet area surrounded by pinewoods with a green garden and a veranda perfect for families looking to spend relaxing holidays at the beach.

Free beach umbrella and 3 sun beds are reserved for the guests at the beach area (50 m away from the house).

The beach villa offers:

First level: Room 1: Twin beds

Fully equipped kitchen with dish washer, oven, kettle, coffee machine, toaster, kitchen kits and accessories.

Living room has 1 spacious sofa, flat TV and a fireplace/ Bathroom with a shower/ Laundry.

Second level: Rest area and balcony/Three Bedrooms/ bathroom with shower.
